No. It is simply a code of practice that members agree to but it is not audited and the code has no rights to take any real action against a member who does not abide by the rules. The FSA does not currently regulate all business finance, which is a shame. Worldwide however are regulated by the FSA and you are afforded the advice from individuals who have been regulated for many years.
