How do I appoint you and do I pay you now?

We will discus matters with you and obtain a decision in principle for you.

At this time if you decide to proceed then we will agree what you will have to pay us for the arrangement services. Generally, an un-refundable appraisal fee of £500 is payable for the purposes of assessing and preparing any applications for funding on your behalf.

Payment can be made in full on the signing of this agreement; however, we are happy to discuss the open architecture of how you pay us for this service. Standard terms of business are an arrangement fee of 1% of the total funding raised less the up-front £500 non returnable appraisal fee.
