• Let us know about changes that might affect the advice and any recommendations

• Let us know if there is any part of our service, or of a product we have discussed or recommended that you don’t understand

• Let us know if there are ways we can improve and deliver services that you value

We have prepared a larger foundaton guide to TCF that introduces the concept of TCF, this forms the platform for further education of our advisers and all other staff.

This means we will introduce you to the right adviser for your needs and if we utilise the services of a financial company or life office, we will use our skill and integrity to bring you together with those who can meet your needs.

This ensures your goals and objectives are delivered in a planned and structured manner to help ensure your planned financial security. This does not mean we know all the answers and where we don’t we will be honest, fair and not misleading.
