Investment performance screening is more complicated than comparing other funds in that you are invariably comparing the sweetness of an apple with the shape of a pear. In order to obtain the best performance, do you really want to ease up on the fact that they don’t screen out one aspect of your criteria? Do you screen criteria first and performance later?
