How can our Mortgage department help you?

The stages to our mortgage service:
  1. Simply complete the enquiry form or call us on 0845 230 9876 and ask for our mortgage department.
  2. We will discuss the case with you in confidence before charging any fees.  
  3. We will conclude if we can assist and then choose from over 20,000* mortgages available to tell you how to proceed with the case.
  4. We will the approach the lender that suits you best and package the case the way we know they prefer it.  
  5. Once they have given us the go ahead we will then tell you and ask you what you should do if you wish to proceed.  
  6. We will then complete the forms and track the mortgage through to completion.
