What are your fees?

Question Mark
Worldwide normally charge a flat fee of £345 for your mortgage advice. We keep our fees low as our award winning experts specialise only in mortgages and as such we can get the right answer quickly. You'll see why we won UK Mortgage Adviser of the Year for 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Fee fairness:
We will supply you with exact terms for your mortgage before you commit yourself in any way. This way you can make an informed decision about what we can offer you.

We will also only charge you a fee if we are successful in arranging your mortgage so you do not need to worry about unnecessary fees.

Bad credit mortgage fees:
In the event that your mortgage will be slightly more complicated through any bad credit we may increase the cost due to the extra work. Unlike firms charging 2-3% our charge will simply reflect the work we do. That’s why 70% of our clients are clients returning to us.
