There are three really important things you need to know about applying for a pub mortgage – the three things that lenders will take into account for every pub mortgage application:

• The loan to value of the mortgage – what the value of the mortgage loan is compared to the value of the business. This is described as a percentage.
• The ability of business to repay the loan each month and at the end of the term.
