The Alverton Manor played host to a Time Management seminar and a Communication, Counselling and Coaching Skills seminar as part of the Worldwide Financial Planning 2007 business seminar series.
The slides from the Time Management session can be downloaded here. The download includes an Importance vs. Urgent Matrix to help categorise your priorities and a Daily Time Log sheet to identify exactly what you spend your time on each day!
Each delegate donated to Macmillan Cancer Support to attend – with their donations we managed to raise over £1000 for the charity.
