A State Pension forecast tells you in today's money values the amount of State Pension you may get based on your National Insurance contributions so far and the amount of State Pension you may get when you claim your State Pension.
You can avail yourself of the pension forecast by calling the Future Pension Centre on
0845 300 0168 and they will fill in the form with you over the phone.
